Due to the nature of our products, we do not typically accept returns or exchanges for coffee (merch and gear are always eligible for a 30 day refund/exchange if stock allows). However, we understand that unique circumstances may arise, and we are committed to working with you on a case-by-case basis to find a satisfactory solution.

For wholesale and direct-to-customer equipment, returns are handled through the manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer's policies for details on returns and exchanges.
