This website is operated by Tectonic Coffee Company. Throughout the site, the terms "we,” "us," and "our" refer to Tectonic Coffee Company. By accessing or using any part of this site, including purchasing products or services, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

These Terms apply to all users, including without limitation browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not use the site or services.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY & ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using our site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence or have given consent for a minor dependent to use this site. You may not use our products or services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

You must not transmit any destructive code, including viruses or worms. Violation of any of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 – INNER CORE PROGRAM

We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Inner Core loyalty program at any time. Members receive discounted prices generally equivalent to wholesale rates. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions.

Participation is discretionary and based on account standing. 

SECTION 3 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Your non-credit card content may be transferred unencrypted and adapted to various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

You may not reproduce or exploit any part of the Service without express written permission.

Resale of coffee without our written consent is prohibited. Free shipping applies to orders over $300.

SECTION 4 – ACCURACY & TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information on the site is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. This site is provided for general information only. Historical information may not be current. You are responsible for monitoring changes to our site.

SECTION 5 – SERVICE & PRICE MODIFICATIONS

Prices may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service without notice. We are not liable for any such changes.

SECTION 6 – PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Products may be exclusive to the site and available in limited quantities. Returns or exchanges follow our Return Policy.

We strive for accuracy in product images but cannot guarantee exact color representation on all screens. We reserve the right to limit sales or quantities and discontinue products without notice.

SECTION 7 – BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We may refuse or limit orders at our sole discretion. This includes multiple orders under the same account, credit card, or address.

You agree to provide up-to-date, accurate account and payment information for all transactions.

SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may offer third-party tools “as is” and without warranties. Use is at your own risk. Future tools or services will also be governed by these Terms.

SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Some content may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Review their policies before engaging with them.

Equipment purchased on the Site may have warranties from the manufacturer. Please refer to the product you are interested in for more information.

You agree to indemnify and hold Tectonic Coffee Co. and affiliates harmless from any claims due to your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or rights.

SECTION 16 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

SECTION 17 – TERMINATION

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. We may terminate access without notice for violations. Obligations prior to termination survive.

SECTION 18 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and related policies represent the full agreement between you and us. Any prior versions or communications are superseded.

SECTION 19 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
